Payment is made in your selected currency at checkout.

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
3. Shipping
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. All items must be returned — even if opened or partially used.
Return postage is your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and processed.
Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
